The various roles and commitment vary according to your time and talent. The parish has a music director who oversees all aspects of music in our liturgy. Cantors who often are soloists have a special calling and talent, to lead both the assembly and the choirs in the sung responses and psalms. Presently, there are two choirs, one at 10:00 am mass that welcomes all ages and singers from high school teens to our senior citizens. The 11:30 choir is a smaller group of music ministers that helps lead a more contemporary style of liturgical music. There are singers and instrumentalists that play with this group, which help the congregation participate more fully in our 11:30 liturgy.
